A Coach Who Understands The Athlete’s Journey

I grew up wrestling and boxing before diving into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai. I encountered the same challenges many athletes face—a lack of clear, results-driven training designed to elevate performance.

Through years of trial and error and formal education, I uncovered evidence-based Strength & Conditioning techniques that bridge the gap between hard work and measurable progress. My approach has helped grapplers win tournaments, fighters avoid injuries, and hobbyists achieve a fitness level they never thought possible.

As an active competitor to this day, I understand firsthand the demands combat athletes face, from grueling training sessions to balancing recovery and performance. From earning my CSCS certification to training alongside some of the best in the sport, I’ve built a system that works for athletes at every level—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing for competition.
