A Coach Who Understands The Athlete’s Journey

I grew up wrestling and boxing before diving into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Like many fighters, I struggled to find structured strength and conditioning built for combat sports. Through years of trial, error, and formal education, I built an evidence-based system that connects hard work with measurable progress.

I’ve helped grapplers win tournaments, MMA fighters stay healthy through camps, and hobbyists build strength and fitness they didn’t think possible. As an active competitor, I understand the demands of training and recovery. Backed by an M.S. in Exercise Science and certifications including the CSCS, I coach BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, and wrestling athletes at every level, whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or preparing for competition.

COACHING OPTIONS

  • Coaching is delivered through an easy-to-use app with tailored training, tracking, and regular check-ins so you stay on track anywhere.

  • Team Training delivers a proven system, along with a community and a program library. Pro Coaching is fully customized with frequent 1:1 support. I’ll help you choose based on goals, schedule, and experience.

  • Access to a complete gym is preferred for the best results. Recommended equipment includes a barbell, trap bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, and bands.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

  • Yes. Your plan is built around your mat time to improve power, recovery, and durability while supporting skill work.

  • Team Training follows my rolling system with access to targeted templates (grappling strength, striking power, hypertrophy, etc.). Pro Coaching is built from scratch around your sport, schedule, goals, and recovery with ongoing adjustments.

HEALTH AND INJURY

  • I’ve supported athletes through ACL/MCL rehab, back strains, tendinitis, and shoulder issues. I’ll adjust training to keep you progressing safely.

  • Programs are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate your recovery. I’ll work with you to maintain progress while prioritizing your health.

  • You can cancel Team Training at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

    For Pro Coaching, please give a 7-day notice due to the depth of individualized work.
